Booking terms & conditions

• Prices of stay
  Our prices are for the defined period, type of accommodation and occupancy. Changes to these will mean a price review and possible upgrade. The stay will start at 17 pm. and will finish at 12 noon, if in any case you wish to check-in earlier or leave later you should contact us to confirm its possibility. To extend your stay you should contact us with the minimum advance of 24 hours of your check-out time in order for us to check availability.


• Reservation
  Only after the payment of a sign of 50% of the total reservation amour will the reservation be confirmed. The remaining 50% will be paid on check-in.


• Change of reservation dates
  For any change to dates originally requested, will only be charged the difference in price between one period and another (if it exists). If there is availability to the new date requested , the following time limits must be respected:
  -> Mid, medium-high, and high season, 30 days before original check-in date.
  -> Low season, 7 days before original check-in date.
  If it is not possible to change the dates you will be asked to confirm the cancellation of your reservation according to the following conditions.
  


• Reservation cancellation
  -> Until 30 days prior to check-in, the customer can cancel without any cancellation.
  -> From 30 until the check-in date the customer will loose all of the amount paid.


• No show
  No show without prior notification will not allow any refund of the amount paid.


• Cancellation or early leave after check-in
  Cancellation, prior to check-in, will not allow the customer to receive any compensation or refund regarding the total amount paid. Leaving before check-out date will also not allow any refund or credit for future stays.


• Change of bed linen and towels
  According to the best practices of environment respect and sustainable development bed linen is changed once a week and towels twice a week. Any additional change will be charged.


• Pets
  We do not accept pets and other animals in Carpe Vita's houses. If this rule is not followed we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay without any refund. The customer is still be liable to pay a fine twice the value of the reservation amount.


• Smoking
  Smoking is not allowed in Carpe Vita.


• Damage resulting from negligent use of the houses
  we reserve the right to charge you with an amount proportional and appropriate to any damage caused by negligent use of the houses.
